Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rate is 7.75%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.
Shipping and Handling
Thalia Surf Online ships to all 50 United States via UPS. The 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered. UPS Ground (48 contiguous states): 1-5 items $6, 6-10 items $7, 11-15 items $8, 16-20 items $9, 21-25 items $10. UPS 2nd Day Air (Alaska and Hawaii): 1-5 items $18, 6-10 items $22, 11-15 items $26, 16-20 items $30, 21-25 items $34.

Orders are processed the same or next business day (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders should arrive in 1-2 weeks from the order date.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Thalia Surf Online purchase, then return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item for another or issue a store credit. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. Boards and sale items are final.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email orders@thaliasurf.com as soon as possible. We will try to accomodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
